Urgent HELP!

Our cruise balance payment is due in an hour. We've been working for 2 hours to try and pay it, but the website doesn't seem to want us to. Whenever we say "pay balance", it processes the payment and then goes back to the same screen showing the same balance. I've confirmed with my credit card company that these payment attempts have not gone through. However, when we put in a smaller amount it takes it, and we've been able to whittle the balance down from $3,100 to .51 cents now. Gifts cards didn't work either. How in the heck do we finish this and not lose our reservation at midnight?

Have you tried calling? I don't know if the people who take payments are there now, but SOMEONE will answer the phone, and at least make a note your reservation that you've tried to complete the payments, and then tomorrow you could finish it up. Ask to speak to a supervisor, if necessary.
 
No, I haven't called because it's outside of their hours. I did call WDW and she called over there but no one answered.
 

Do you have a second card? Maybe try that and put a little over, like $5.00, so it's not hitting some kind of exact number error. (I don't know if that's a thing, but who knows). I assume you're paying DCL directly, not using a TA, so there's no one else to call?

Also, try a different browser and even a different machine. Sometimes there's a glitch that's got nothing to do with your payment, but everything to do with the browser or an add-on somewhere on your machine.
 
We tried 2 different computers, 3 different credit cards, and 1 gift card. Now that it’s down to 51 cents, it’s no longer giving the option to pay a different amount. I sent an email and will be on the phone right at 9am. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. Fingers crossed there’s a grace period.
 
Crap! I’m so stressed out for you! I wish I could just pay your .51! (Mods I am not tryna break rules here, but wishes are wishes, unless there’s anything I can and you will let me do). 51 pennies! You gotta be kidding me!
 
I had a strange credit card experience with Disney on Thursday. I was at 180 days out so I was trying to make my WDW dining reservations. I could get to the part where it took the credit card to guarantee the reservation and then would get an error saying that they couldn't process my card and to call Disney for help. I tried multiple credit cards and two different internet browsers; finally it started working after 30 minutes of worrying my reservation times would disappear.
Hopefully everything works out for OP; online transaction stresses are no fun. Guess the lesson learned is to either ensure you are PIF a day early, or to at least start the process while the phone help support is still available.
 
All is well! I called this morning and gave the remaining payment over the phone. No disruption to the reservation, thank goodness. She had no idea what the issue was. Holiday travel delayed our attempt to pay in the first place, but we’ll never wait that long again!
 
Glad to hear it! I think I had heard somewhere that the reservation does not get cancelled right away anyways...Not sure if that is correct though....

What a stressful night for you! So glad everything worked out.
This should probably serve as a warning to others taking PIF to the wire. Not that you did anything wrong at all by waiting. Disney’s system is ratchet.

So glad to hear it all worked out. Did she happen to say what else you could have done when facing that problem in the future? (not that you'll let that happen, but if you have any tips that she gave you that you can share.)
