Urgent Fastpass help!

I tried to get on MDE and website to get my FP today. It will only let me do 3 out of 5 people. It says I have to link tickets ti the other 2. 1 person is on my reservation the other has her own, but managed by me. I can see all the tickets in MDE. What do I do?

Call customer service.

The FP booking window opens at 7:00a ET.

If you can't book for them at 7:00a, you'll need to call Disney.

Call them. I had a similar problem, had definitely linked our family's park tickets but couldn't see them to make FP+ reservations (could see them for dining reservations, though). Family members were somehow in there as "friends" rather than "family" and for some reason that prevented me from managing their FP+ in MDE. Not sure that your situation is the same, but could be something similar.
