Anyone ever ordered universal tickets???

I'm trying to purchase the Universal 7 day tickets and I'm having an issue. I'm putting in my arrival date of Sept 22, which is within the required 48 hour, However, I'm getting an error message:
You must purchase tickets within 72 hours of arrival.

Anyone have an idea of how to contact them?
