It has now been almost 2 weeks since I have sent my first email (and I have sent numerous other ones since then) regarding my problem with logging in. I spoke with a friend who is a programmer and he advised me that the problem is on Milesource's end (I showed him what was coming up on the browser address bar). I have left 3 messages (since there never has been anyone live to answer the phone) with no response so far. What is going on with Milesource????? I have always had good response with Milesource but not this time. Is it because I'm almost at 3,500 awardmiles and they don't want to to pay out???? This is very frustrating. I have now set up a new account and it works fine. I also sent them an email message under this new account name to see if they respond to me. Anyone had problems with Milesource contacting them (on the phone) or with emails?
