Then something out of a movie happened... A mini-van with chrome 24'' spinners blasting 'Yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me' pulled up. Out jumped DisFed! I thought he would never set foot in a minivan.... but I was dead wrong. Then he started doing a native dance... it looked something like this....

Oh man!! I can't believe I missed this one. But I'm here now, better late than never I guess. Great start so far, but then I've only read your first entry. I'll have to get caught up now...

We got about a half mile from the house and Lauren announces that she has to poop! I asked her why she did not do that before we left and she said she did not have to then...oh well...

All too familiar here... don'tcha just love those honest, straight-forward answers?

Well, they were sort of.....Shari and Lauren got on and then Lauren got scared and got off. Shari did not see it until she was half way down herself.

The Flight was pretty uneventful except for Ethan holind his arms up on take off and landing like he was on a roller coaster!!!

My Annie was just the same way for a long time with escalators. They still kind of freak her out, but she's getting better.

My Matthew (DS11) used to do the same thing on take off, except he'd also not-quite-shout out... "Lightspeed to Endor!" as we were taking off He stopped saying that, I think, probably about a year ago ... I sure do miss hearing it when we take off these days.

Hope I am not boring you to death....like I said before...this is a first attempt. More chapters to follopw!

And a good 2nd installment too. That's a bummer about the camera and not very many pics, but great descriptions. We're looking forward to a cruise in '11 or '12 - haven't decided which yet. So I can't wait to read more... more... we need more!

Bambi and I are considering going on a cruise in 2011 or 2012. Your TR will be the deciding factor as to if we will like it or if it will be a colossal waste of time and money. So you know, no pressure or anything.

Not to add to Barry's pressure or anything, but as you'll see by my tickers - we're going on our first cruise in 2011 ourselves. I'm definitely waiting for more info that I can then share with my family about what to expect, and all that... so... post some more please...

Sunny and beautiful... but ask me again in 10 minutes, as it's likely to change. Weather forecasts are pointless here, really, as the weather changes so darn quickly. Anytime family is coming to visit from the west coast they always call to ask what to pack like a week before. We tell them that what we say today won't be worth a lick tomorrow, so wait to ask until the night before coming - and just be sure to pack for a variety of situations. It was near 80 last Friday when we went to the zoo. 80 on the first weekend in April. Crazy. That's June weather, not April. Whatever.
