Uploading multiple photos into post?

Hello all! I was about to start a pre-trip report and last time I did a TR I was able to export my photos from my Mac to my desktop and then when I clicked "upload a file," I was able to choose multiple photos at once. I believe I could upload 10 per post. But now, when I click "upload a file," I only have the option to choose one photo at a time. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong? Or if there's a quicker option?

You can select one photo at at time, but you don't have to wait for that photo to finish downloading to select the next one. They will all show up underneath the reply window as thumbnails and you can select either "Thumbnail" or "full image" to actually show up in the post. First you place the cursor where you want the photo to be in the post and then click on whichever photo aspect you want there.

One other option (well, two) - you can drag & drop, or copy & paste multiple images at one time directly.

One note on posting photos - each image must be smaller than 1MB to post.

As far as I know this is how it's been since the switch to this board format (a couple of years, I think).

It must've been after last summer because that's when I wrote my last TR and I definitely could do it then. This new TR may take a little longer…
