Upgrading!

Just a quick question, who would i contact about upgrading our resort?? As well does it have to be the person who paid for it, as my dad is the one who paid and it's in his name but i would like to surprise my family by upgrading

How can I change or update a reservation?

To change a confirmed Reservation, call a Disney Reservation Agent on 407 939-6244* or contact the Travel Agent you booked through.

You will need as much info as possible / Reservation Number.

What Resort is it, you could phone their front Desk Bookings.

You might need his Credit card # to upgrade. However its SOOO sweet of you to do this!

I would seriously doubt that you'd be able to make a change to a reservation that's not in your name.

Thanks for the replies! I did manage to call today, unfortunately there there are no availabilities at the other resorts during our stay! So we will be staying at ASSP as planned, which is fine as my little one is 8, so he'll enjoy it I just thought it would have been nice!
