Upgrading to ParkHoppers

If i purchase regular 3 day tickets am i able to upgrade to parkHoppers on the 2nd or 3rd day? Thinking that 2 days in Disneyland and 1 in California Adventure should give me enough time to do most of the things we'd like to get done but worried we might want to hop on the last day. TIA

You can but you will have to pay for the hoppers for all the days anyway (even days already used), so you might as well just do it on the first day.

Agree with @ashley0139 above. You might as well do this on the first day. It doesn't cost any more (or less) but gives you more flexibility to park hop each day.
