Upgrading to park hopper question

We got 3 day base park tickets for our upcoming trip. When we get there can we upgrade only 1 or 2 out of the 3 to park hopper? Or would we have to do all of them? Can the hotel do this? If not, where do I go to do this? Thank you!!!

2. Not after you arrive, you don't.
3. Go to the resort's concierge desk.
4. OR any ticket booth or Guest Relations at WDW.

Just making sure you meant can you upgrade 1 or 2 TICKETS and not 1 or 2 DAYS of a three day ticket. You can do the former as Robo said but cannot do latter. I read your question differently than Robo
