Upgrading to annual pass?

I have a question, haven't been on here for a long time. If I'm lucky enough to get free dining in sept, can I upgrade my park pass to annual pass when we get there? We are thinking of a few trips in a years time so it would be the most economical. Thanks!

Yes you can upgrade your tickets to an annual pass when you are there.
