Upgrading tickets

Travelling in that nice quiet month of July and am looking to upgrade my tickets. I have the Disney 14 day ultimate ticket and Universal 2 park bonus ticket.

While I'm pretty sure these can be upgraded my question is more about the where particularly for the universal ticket. Arrive 3rd July in evening - is there guest services in Citywalk that I can upgrade ticket or do I have to go into one of the parks. Would like to upgrade universal pass that evening (3rd July).

For Disney I've heard different values being associated with 14 day ultimate ticket depending on where you upgrade ticket - anyone have experience of this? Was hoping to upgrade at Downtown Disney.

Anyone have any idea what current costs would be? After a prefered pass for universal and premium annual pass for disney.

I don't know about the Universal pass however upgrading the Disney 14 day to a PAP you will get whatever value the CM's computer says on the day.

You can upgrade theoretically at any guest services however not all seem to know how to do it with UK tickets.

Am looking to upgrade both to annual passes - preferred pass for universal and premium for Disney.

If the person at guest services doesn't know how to deal with a UK pass do you just ask for supervisor until someone does know what to do?

Anyone with any experience of universal?

No - in my experience if they don't know what to do say thank you, take your ticket back and go somewhere else!
