Upgrading Silve to Gold Pass...

Hi everyone,

We are currently Silver Annual Passholders(FL), are passes expire on 8/31 but I would like to upgrade to the Gold Pass as we would like to go next week and our current pass has summer blackout dates.

Does anyone know the cost for upgrading with just a short time left for renewal? Will I still get the renewal discount?(btw, we have the monthly payment plan).

When you renew (any kind of AP) you will get the renewal price for the kind of AP you are buying at the renewal time.

There is no prorating so you will have to pay the full amount for the price difference between a silver and gold. I'm not sure how they handle it with payment plans. I have no idea if they just make you pay the difference and finish out your payments or if you have to finish paying off the silver pass plus pay for the upgrade to gold. We buy our passes outright so we have never run into that issue.

The price difference between a silver and a gold is about $170, I just did some this morning. If your existing silver was a renewal, the price is different.

If you're on a payment plan, your payments don't change, you pay the full difference at time of upgrade. There's no prorating or anything.
