Upgrading room at check-in

I was looking at booking a 5 night stay next October at the RPR with the Mastercard special offer of 5th night free and a free 1 category upgrade. This looks a better deal for us than the Stay 4 play free offer. However...

We had planned to stay in a Club room and this is not available under the above offer. Is it likely that we would be able to upgrade to a Club room at check-in and if so does anyone know roughly how much the hotel is likely to charge extra per night?
