Our family has season passes except for my just turned 3 yr old. When we went in October, we planned for that to be our last trip for awhile, as we did not plan on renewing our season passes. Because of that, I purchased the $109 Play Four pass for him. Our season passes expire in December, and I'm having second thoughts about renewing them now. But today, I received in the mail an invitation to upgrade my 3 yr olds Play Four pass to a season pass for $50.
It says to bring the Play Four pass to the ticket window to upgrade to a season pass for him. Here's the problem. I threw it away as all four days were used. Are we out of luck? Or can I bring the letter I received and still do the upgrade?
