Upgrading Park Tickets?

We are planning out next Disneyworld trip for June/July 2009.

DW always buys Park Tickets in advance from "Undercover Tourist".
We use 10 day w/Park Hopper option.

Question we have is, "Can we upgrade 1 ticket to Season Pass
if a pin code is offered for % off resort rates"?

I have searched with no luck to find an answer.

Yes, as long as it is done within 14 days of when you first use the pass.
