Upgrading park hoppers

Anyone know if we can upgrade our 7-day park hoppers to water parks and more at the front desk of our resort? I didn't realize how cheap it was to upgrade. For $26 per ticket, it's a no-brainer!

Do it at the Concierge desk.

(The front desk CAN do it, but they are usually busy with other hotel-related issues.)
