Upgrading park hopper tickets?

Hi there!
Im hoping someone can help me with this...we bought 3 day park hopper tickets for my family and I and now we are considering upgrading our tickets to either a 4 or 5 day park hopper . How much would this cost us and is it even possible?

If you visit the ticket booth before the end of the last day of your park hopper, they only charge you the difference between the days you purchased and the upgrade.

We did it very easily last year. We even upgraded a 5 day hopper to an Annual Pass..
