Upgrading or adding on to snack credit

Question: is it ever possible to pay OOP the difference between a snack that's on the DDP and one that's not? For example, we would love to get the Nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow. That's not on the DDP, but the waffle with cinnamon sugar is. Can I pay the difference?
I do understand if not, but I think we'll have a lot of extra snack credits.

It's one of the restrictive things about the dining plan. It's all or none. Snack items are either on the dining plan, or they are not on the dining plan.

No, but I will say that the $7-8 for the fruit and nutella waffle is TOTALLY worth every penny out of pocket. It's delicious and I don't even like waffles
