I have a little Nikon Coolpix 775 that I love and have been using for years. It takes amazing pictures for such a small, no-frills camera. However, I feel it's time to upgrade and after much research on-line I have pretty much narrowed it down to the Kodak Easyshare Z712 IS or the Canon Powershot A720 IS. I'm leaning towards the Kodak because of the 12x optical zoom; I take lots of nature photos and use a zoom quite a bit.
Those two cameras are within my budget and offer what I'm looking for in my next upgrade. They are also still compact enough to tote around Disney...!
Anyone here familiar with these that can offer pros/cons either way? Just looking for a little "real life" experience!
