Upgrading multi day ticket to annual pass

Does any in know whether I would be able to transfer my fast passes if I upgrade my multi day ticket to an annual pass? Or would I lose them - also I have booked the fast passes for the rest of the family through my login

They are in your My Disney Experience account, they are not really connected to your tickets so you should be fine.
