Upgrading Hoppers

I have some days left on PHP passes from a previous trip. One is a child's hopper that I now need to upgrade to adult. Can I do that at the park ticket window or do I have to go somewhere specific to upgrade?

Also, will they upgrade it as is or do I have to switch it t a MYW ticket?

Normally you will go to a Guest Services location rather than a ticket window.

They will replace it with a new ticket which indicates adult. It will still have any remaining days and plus options from the original ticket.

Would that be GS at the Park or can they do it at the resort hotel?

They should be able to do it at the resorts as well as the parks, but I haven't gotten that far in my training yet.
