Upgrading flight post booking (Virgin)

I've recently booked a holiday online with Virgin Holidays.

I'm considering upgrading just the outgoing flight to Premium Economy. According to the 'Manage your booking' page, you can upgrade your flight online. I logged onto my booking area, but cannot see anywhere to do this (even though I can see links to change other things).

Can anyone help?

For some stupid reason you can only do it if you booked direct with Virgin Atlantic - the only way to upgrade is by phone - if you're in flying club, ring them instead of the godawful indian call centre.
