Upgrading DDP during free dining offer?

I have done this before 2 years ago when we stayed at POP and had the free dining plan offer. I payed a little extra money to upgrade the free quick-service dining plan that we were offered for staying at a value resort to the regular dining plan. Now as I start to plan my trip for next November for my honeymoon I am keeping my fingers crossed that maybe free dining will be offered. We will be staying at AKL so we would get the regular dining plan for free, but would want to upgrade to the Deluxe dining plan. We love to eat at some of the signature restaurants and would have no problem using 2 TS credits in one sitting for them. My question is what is the cost for upgrading to the Deluxe dining plan from the regular plan if it is during a free dining offer?

I think this is answered in one of the stickies, but last year we upgraded and it was about $34 per person per day. Totally worth it for us!

There's a sticky at the top of this page that shows the upgrade costs for the dining plans for this year. It looks like you're asking about November 2013. Those rates haven't been released yet, but at least you'll have a general idea of what to expect.

this is correct - There is a sticky with all the upgrade costs, but only for 2012. The 2013 prices for the dining plans have not been released yet.
