Upgrading Child Pass to Adult at Guest Relations I’Gatway?

Can someone confirm that there is a Guest Relations at the International Gateway at Epcot? Also, and I hope this doesn’t sound stupid but, is it outside the Park (i.e. you don’t have to enter Epcot). I need to upgrade my daughters’ child passes from our last trip to adult passes (the girls will be with me when I do so). I’d like to do this on arrival day and not have to go into the Park.

We're staying at the BWV and I figured this was the closest place to go...true?

There is a GR window at International Gateway. It is outside the park. That is the closest GR location to BWV.

When we were there on 1-6-04, we asked a CM about updating DS pass from 2000, he was nine when we were there at easter, this time he was one week shy of turning 13. The CM told us just to use it as it was and that we did not need to update it. We started at epcot hopped to mgm,hopped to MK and then ended the evening at illuminations at epcot. He just put the pass thru like everyone else nothing was said and we didn't have to take the time to update. He sure doens't look nine heck he doesn't look 13, more like 15.

I got the same answer when I asked about upgrading my son's AP from child to adult. They told me not to bother, just keep using it until it expired.

Can we get our annual passes (from vouchers) at the International Gateway guest services window also or do we have to go to one of the "main" windows? We'll be staying at BCV and wanted to go to EPCOT our first day. Thanks!
