Upgrading AP?

Hi guys. Obviously I’m aware you cannot buy new annual passes. But we currently have annual passes. Could we still do the $99 upgrade to add water parks and sports or are upgrades paused as well? TIA!

You can still do the add-on. We did this at the Epcot ticket window a few weeks ago. Came to around $105/pp.

Where all can you do this? Can you upgrade over the phone or just in person? Can you do it other places besides the parks (like Disney Springs)?

In person at any ticket counter. You can also do it at Disney Springs

Yep, like randumb0 said, any ticket counter or Disney Springs. We did it at a Epcot ticket window at the entrance while activating our AP's in December. Just speaking from my experience so I'm not sure if it's doable over the phone.
