Upgrading AND prioritizing tickets - at ticket booth or GR, or just at GR?

We have DVC Gold APs that we want to upgrade to Platinum when we're at WDW in early December. We also have 2-day hoppers attached to us in MDE which are currently prioritized to be used first (long story, irrelevant now, SFAIK). So when we upgrade from Gold to Platinum we also want to prioritize our tickets so the APs are used, not the hoppers (will use them to upgrade to renewal APs when the time comes).

Can all of that be done at a ticket window, or do we need to go to GR?

Ticket booths can prioritize tickets.

In order to take the guesswork out of how my tickets are prioritized, I've just created an additional managed account under MDE, then reassigned any tickets I'm not currently using to that person.

At that point I can move tickets around and give them to whoever I want, exactly when I want to!
