Upgrading airmiles Universal tickets?

I have enough miles in my account for the 2 day Park to Park ticket on the airmiles reward site. We are going to Universal for a week in October. I have three tickets from Undercover Tourist that I will be upgrading to power passes (I've done this before with no issues). I need one more ticket and planned on using my miles to get it, but I am assuming I could upgrade the airmiles tickets and thought I should check here first. Have any of you done this before?
I did a forum search but any info I could find was a few years old. Thanks

Yes, we did it in fall 2014. It was not an issue. They gave us gate value for the ticket.
