Upgrading Airmiles Disneyland Tickets

It's my first time buying park tickets through airmiles. I just want to make sure that if I buy the 3 day park hopper option, that I'll be able to upgrade to a 4 day ticket at the gates.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm not sure about upgrading, but to the best of my knowledge you can only buy 5 or 7 day tickets through Air Miles, not 3 day tickets, and they are usually base tickets with no park hopper option.

yeah, i think you’re right.

unless you’re onyx and use the personal shopper service. then you can get exactly the tickets you want, but you pay a good premium for it.

As far as I know you can upgrade any Disneyland tickets when you get there. They'll just charge you the difference. And while I never bother buying park hoppers at Disney World, I ALWAYS do at Disneyland since the 2 parks are so convenient to each other. I love to spend part of each day at each park.

We buy hoppers too, always. And max pass.
