Upgrading a So Cal AP to a Deluxe

My daughter is going to the park tomorrow and her So Cal pass is blocked. She would like to upgrade to a Deluxe (which is not blocked). First- just making sure that this is possible?? Second- is there anywhere to do this (hotel concierge, online?) other than at the main ticket booths? Thank you!

Yes, you can do it.

Main ticket booth is your best bet. Try the ones on the east side of esplanade, as those have lower lines.

In case anyone else was wondering, we were able to call the AP line this morning and upgrade her pass over the phone. A huge timesaver on a crazy day in the parks!
