My parents bought 3 day hopper passes when we were there early december but only ending up using one day. Their passes expire soon. Can they upgrade those passes to APs & how much is it to do that? Do they have to actually go to the parks to do it? They dont want those days to go to waste & we are planning another trip may/june so an AP would be great. They do live in Southern California so they are eligible for the so cal pass. They live in Palm Springs so its not that close of a drive, though. Any ideas on how to do this? easiest and least expensive way?

I thought that parkhoppers expire something like 13 days after first use? Early December might mean they are too late, as far as I know.

If it has been under that, they would need to go back, I believe, and upgrade.

They would pay the difference between the cost of the tickets (is either printed on them or is embedded in the info on the hoppers and the CMs can find out) and the AP they want to upgrade to.
