upgrading a DVC annual pass at Disneyland

If I buy a DVC annual passport over the internet will I be able to upgrade it to a premier pass at Disneyland.

Yes, but there is no discount on the Premier pass. you only get credit for the DVC price of the passport. There's no real advantage to doing this UNLESS you need the DL passport now and won't need DL for a while. That does save the cash flow

We are from Australia and while the dollar was so high I was trying to cash in on it. when we go to exchange our annual passes will they credit us with todays annual pass price or the price after any price increases.

Today's price! They don't give you credit for "price increases"

This is not like the "trade in a ticket" plan you often see on here. They don't bring the AP to "gate" or anything like that.
