Upgrading a 1 day hopper?

Is this possible? I know that you are able to upgrade your hopper on the last day of your hopper ticket to an AP and just pay the difference... but what if you are only buying a 1 day hopper and decide that night that you would like to upgrade to an AP... Are all the ticket booths closed? Can you upgrade the next day?

You can upgrade a 1-day hopper; my in-laws did this a year and a half ago. They did not wait until the very end of the night, so I can't tell you when ticket booths close, and I don't remember where if anywhere inside the park you can do an upgrade. You CANNOT wait until the next day to upgrade your 1-day ticket though. It only has value until the last park closes on the day of use.

You must do it the same day, if you do it after the parks close or the next day you ticket is then used and has no value. Yes you can do this while you ticket is still good. You can do it at the ticket booths but they can't make your pass there. You are better off doing it in DL at the AP proccessing center. Or the much quicker, in DCA, spot inside Greetings to California store.

yes, 1 day tickets are upgradable, just do it at the AP processing centers as skiingfast indicated above. The price you paid for your 1 day ticket will be credited to your AP. You can upgrade at the ticket booths but there's no need, you will have to have the AP processed anyway so the way to go is the processing centers.
