Upgrading 14 Ultimate Ticket.

Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade a 14 Day Ultimate ticket to an Annual Pass and how much it would cost?

i'm not sure you can do that as the 14 day ultimate ticket is for UK people only and annual passes can only be bought from Disney but I may be wrong.
