Upgraded Visa-did you get your bonus points?

I know that very early on when the new Visa was announced Chase was matching the offer for new customers of 100 bonus points for existing customers who inquired and or complained.I was told that yes they would extend this offer as good will.How surprising that there is no bonus showing on my statement that arrived today!I can hardly wait to call and try and right this.Did anyone who got this promise actually get the bonus points?

I haven't had a statement close yet, but I am VERY surprised they would offer you those points. Current members who upgraded will be getting 5% in the special categories for the first 3 months and new members are not getting that perk. I don't know why they would give you both. Good luck, and report back if you get them.
