Upgrade!!!

I checked My Disney Experience and my reservation disappeared. I figured "no biggie," since this seems to be happening to everyone. I tried to relink the reservation, but instead a "call an agent" message popped up.

After an hour and five minutes on hold headache, the very nice agent admits that something happened scared and my reservation was no longer associated with my resort (All Star Music). And, oh, yeah, they were out of rooms at ASMu for the free dining I had booked.

So while I silently panicked, we're 38 days out here, the agent upgraded us for free!


We're now staying in the Beach Club!!!!!!
So check MDE, who knows! Their glitch could be a bit of pixie dust for you!

Cool!!! We were upgraded a few years ago from All Star sports to Yacht Club!! We were so excited!!! Now we stay at the YC or BC every trip. You will love the walk to Epcot!
