Upgrade with Loews First Card

What are the chances of an upgrade if I have a discounted room using the entertainment rate???

Will I get the milk/cookies/newspaper delivered or do I need to ask for them at check-in?

I watched a special on Travel Channel last night of the worlds greatest theme parks.....US/IOA was rated #1!

I can't wait!

1. You never know until check-in. Treat an upgrade as a gift.

2. I'm assuming you're a Loews 1st member and your # is noted on your reservation. You need to remind them at check-in.

Hi!

We used the Ent. rate last year, and we are a Lowes gold member, we did get the milk and cookies, but no rooms left for an upgrade, depends on availability. You will have to request it at check in.
We will be their in April and have a Deluxe for $155 Ent. rate
I see we are neighbors (Elmira)
