Upgrade Vouchers/coupons?

Once in a while, I read that someone is changing their ressie so they can use their upgrade coupon!...How do you get these? and can they be used with either Fan Club or E rate?

The only discounted rate that can officially be upgrade (for sure at time of reservation) is the AAA. Others may be upgraded by the front desk as they see fit at time of check-in, but now officially by Loews. This includes cert./postcards received from Loews.

Is it typical to get coupons from Loews?

I think it depends what level you are with them. Blue, etc....
