upgrade to AP

hey everyone quick question im going to DL in march i plan on upgrading my 4day hopper bought from costco to the deluxe AP. my question is can i use the $50 giftcard ill receive towards the balance of the AP?

Yes, you can use a $50 gift card towards your upgrade. We did that in Jan 09 when we received DAP vouchers with a $50 gift card as Christmas gifts, we used the $50 gift card to upgrade to a PAP.

We actually had the Disney gift cards that came with the AP vouchers that year and we had some Visa gift cards from my Mom & Step-Dad, we combined them all and only paid about $100-150 for all 4 upgrades from DAP to PAP. The CMs couldn't have been nicer about it either, oh and we had added parking to my DAP when we activated ours (DBF and I did ours before the girls activated theirs so we added parking then) so we saved that $$ as well. It was a really great money saver.
