Upgrade Tickets bought from Under cover tourist

We bought a 6 day annual pass form Undercover tourist. I would like to upgrade it to a 7 day before our 60 day window since we've extended our stay. Can I just call & do that? The tickets are alreadly linked to our MDE. Anything else that I need to do?

I've been able to modify tickets to add days/ PH/ change dates online and by phone, but I always purchased directly from Disney. Is it because they are 3rd party tickets that it has to be done onsite? I was considering UT tickets for an upcoming trip, but might stick with Disney if that is the case.

Yes, it's because they are third party tickets. Tickets purchased directly from Disney can be upgraded on the phone or online, but not third party ones, even after they have been added to MDE.

This seems to have changed or in the process of being changed.

My suggestion is (once the ticket is connected to MDX) to "try" to upgrade the third party ticket from inside MDX.

I was able to change my UCT tickets in MDE in August.

Just note, I was able to upgrade my UCT tickets to park hopper after connecting them to MDE and upgrading through the app. However, MDE is glitchy overall and so you may have to try multiple times to upgrade your tickets. I had to make several attempts before getting through.
