I have a 5 day ticket and would like to add on the Hopper.
Can this be done somewhere at Downtown Disney/Disney Springs?
I would rather do it the night before after dinner, than in the morning before getting to the parks.

Thanks

EDITED THE POST TO FIX SOME INCORRECT INFO. Thanks robo for clarifying.

We change our tickets all the time (including adding more days if we need them). If you purchased your ticket with your room at the same time, you can do the change from any resort or guest relations. If your tickets were purchased separately, you can ask the resort to try but usually it comes up in their system as rebuying the entire ticket and they send you to guest relations.. Keep in mind some discount tickets can't be altered depending on how/where you got them.

There is a guest relations at every park entrance and 2 in downtown disney(springs).

My recommendation, we hold back on some of the extras and a couple days when we get our tickets. For us, I usually have a couple hours waiting for my daughter to wake up so changing at the hotel when needed or adding on at guest relations is quick for us. Almost every trip we save a couple dollars because we didn't need another day or park hopper, etc and didn't waste any money adding them when we did.

If your not at WDW yet and you can't change it online, you can call to make ticket changes before you get there.

More info:
Guest Relations are found outside all of the park entrances (including Water Parks.)
They can be found on the left side -or- the right side of the entrance tap styles.
(To the right side of the MK and Epcot gates. On the left side of DHS and DAK gates.)
Also, there is a Guest Relations and a Ticket Booth just outside Epcot's International Gateway.

Guest Relations can also be found at TTC (MK parking lot) and at two locations in DTD/Disney Springs. One in Marketplace, near World of Disney and one on the West Side, directly in front of DisneyQuest.

- near Arribas Brothers
- at the Disney Quest Ticket Window

My recommendation, go have a great night at DSprings, add it on so you never have to wait when you are ready to hop. Hopping takes enough time as it is! Tix window is at the base of DQ. Have a great time!

I happen to need to make a change next trip before I use my tickets (upgrading to AP). Is there no guest relations outside of MK when using the buses to get there? by outside, I mean a guest relations I can use before they check the ticket to enter? I know where it is on the left side after you pass under the train but someone on the phone made it sound like there is one on the right before you go through the "turnstyle".

Yes, there is Guest Relations just outside the MK gates.

See #9 on my map below-

Oh, so 1 side or the other means left or right of the ticket check, not outside or inside :) I was wondering how a guest that didn't know they needed hopper would add hopper at some of the parks :)

You might want to add an arrow for where the electrical water pageant or fireworks cruise is found at night on that map. Could be handy for those who want to try to catch it or wondering where the fireworks view is from.

There are ALSO Guest Relations INSIDE all of the parks.

They can be a bit more complex to find. (You can always ask any CM.)
MK: In City Hall.
Epcot: On the pathway to the EAST side of Spaceship Earth "Big Ball" (Left, as you enter.)
DHS: Just inside the gates on the west side of the gates. (Left, as you enter.)
DAK: Just inside the gates on the west side of the gates. (Left, as you enter.)

Thanks everyone for the info. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Will be having dinner at Raglan Road, so the "near Arribas Brothers" location would probably be closest?
We bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist with hopper, and Airmiles (Canadian eh). It's the Airmiles ticket I need to upgrade to hopper. We are doing a KTTK tour one morning, then EPCOT in the afternoon, so will be using the hopper.

Actually, if you're at Raglan Road, Disney Quest may be closer. If you're planning to go to WoD, then heading toward Arribas area is better than going in the opposite direction to DQ.

Oops!

You do NOT want to upgrade your Airmiles ticket before you have USED it to enter a theme park at least one time.

If you are going into MK first, use the ticket to go in, then after your tour, you can do the upgrade at MK's "City Hall" (inside MK) or at any ticket booth or Guest Relations outside MK, or at TTC (if you're taking the Monorail to Epcot) or at any ticket booth or Guest Relations outside Epcot before you enter that park.

If you attempt to upgrade BEFORE you use the Airmiles ticket, the CM might charge you for what Airmiles paid Disney for the ticket.
You stand to lose money in that deal.

So, Robo, even when just adding "hopper" it's still best to use the ticket first even though adding hopper is a set price?

Upgrades are upgrades.

Many times, there won't be a problem.
But, when it comes down to YOUR ticket on YOUR day...
it's better to do it correctly to avoid as many problem situations as you can.

HOWEVER, if you have the time...
it would not hurt a bit to ASK at Disney Springs to see how much they will charge to do the upgrade.
If the CM quotes the correct price, then do it... and be all set.

@petbren I believe it's best to follow Robo's directives and once you are in MK, the KTTK Tour begins and ends next to City Hall. You should have time to add on "hopper" before the tour begins because the Guides usually have to wait for stragglers.

Aw, yes, I forgot the "use it first" before adding the hopper advice.
We are not doing the tour 'till day 3,doing MK on it's own day one, so I guess I will be better to add the hopper while in MK at City Hall if it's not crazy there, or on the way out to Kona for dinner, as we will be heading back to park later for Wishes.
