So I bought a FL resident power pass a cpl weeks ago and now I'm thinking of going on Christmas day which is a black out day. Can I upgrade it to the other ticket on the phone and/or am I able to upgrade it during a black out day outside the park?

Thanks

You will have to have it replaced whether you update it on the phone or not. You can go to guest services outside the park and they will upgrade it.

So my Mom happened to call because she is was trying to reinstate my sister's pass for her Christmas present and she happened to ask about my pass...They said that for on a flex pay you need to pay off your pass plus a $25 upgrade fee. I'd never heard of this fee before. Was he mistaken or is there a fee and if there is a fee is it only if you are using payments or does it apply if you paid your pass off fully as well?

Flex pay is totally different than owning your pass outright when it comes to upgrading. You signed a contract and to upgrade you need to complete your contract by paying for the full year. Not sure about the upgrade fee but I would imagine it has something to do with differences in original payments, etc.

Ok, Thanks. I'm not using the payments(Mom thought I was). I understand needing to pay for the full year before upgrading but I'd never heard of this $25 fee before so wasn't sure. I've been told wrong information by plenty of reps before so wanted to see if anyone here is more informed on the subject.
