Upgrade MYW tickets from Expedia to include dining?

Hi there ... we are planning a trip this summer and are looking at the best prices for packages and where to purchase. It seems like it is only possible to get the dining plan if you purchase a package directly from Disney or a travel agent. We are definitely staying at a Disney Resort (probably Port Orleans Riverside) but found some cheaper options to book the hotel and tickets through Expedia. You can get the Magic Your Way tickets and include the hopper option, but not dining. Is it possible, since we will be at a Disney Resort, to upgrade these tickets to include dining through Disney, if we purchase them from Expedia or other internet site? Basically, can you buy just the dining plan option from Disney? Thank you so much, we really appreciate any suggestions!!

No. The entire package needs to be booked directly through Disney.
