Hi folks, I don't know if anyone else has posted this info but you can now email DLP reservations re upgrading - previously you had to fax them. The new email address is; dlp.uk.admin@disney.com. The very helpful Disney rep that I was speaking to when I phoned said to include your booking no., name, address, telephone no. and the upgrade that you would like. She also said that there is a bit of a back at the minute so requests could take up to 10 days to be dealt with.
 
That's the same email address I was given. Now to put a dampner on it :confused3
After 1 week of waiting for confirmation I received an email explaining that any change had to be either faxed in or written to Marne la valee. This was after two seperate CRO's said okay to use the .uk.admin address :headache:
 

ok.. i have just phoned again (my bill is going to be enormous!!) now i'm being told that the call advisors were told last thursday that it was ok to give out the email address but to call back tomorrow and ask to be put through to "guest care" to get clarification. i'll keep you posted...
 
My last call cost around £5 only to be told that CRO's cannot deal with any amendments.
I said to give me a new quote and I'd write and cancel the previously booked holiday. The CRO said that unfortunately as I'd told them I already had a booking they would not be able to give me a new quote.

Great news!! I just got confirmation that my upgrade has been suuccessful!!! I just used the email address above and didn't have to fax at all. It took 7 days for them to get back to me from the original request but it was relatively hassle free! hope all worked out in the end for you Cyrano!

I suppose it would be a bit cheeky to email them and ask for an upgrade from the Hotel Kyriad, wouldn't it? :rotfl:

I've still not had any response :confused3 :mad:
I've emailed the shareholders club; although I suspect that they will be busy with the AGM, to ask if they can help get a response :)

What do I need to do, and why would they upgrade for free?
