upgrade if book w/DCL or agent

Which way of booking are you most likely to get an upgrade...if you book directly with Disney or if you go thru a travel agent?

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to upgrades, my advice it book the room you will be happy with from the get go. If you luck out with an upgrade than it is just frosting on the cake!
