Upgrade HRH garden room or keep it?

I have run across various opinions about HRH room upgrades on this board. We have reservations for a garden room at HRH and I just became a Loews member. I believe if I ask for an upgrade and it is available we would get a poolview room. Are these rooms the same size as a garden room? Would it be better to stay with the garden room given the problem some people have had with the music so close to their poolview rooms? Does the music play all night? If poolview rooms are full, any chance they would upgrade us higher? Thanks.
