upgrade at AKL

We visited AKL for dinner on our June trip. We want to stay there on our next trip. We want to make sure that our room is up-graded s0 we get a view of the animals from our room. Using points, how is this done?

There is no way to guarentee a Savannah Room when booking with DVC Points. You can request this view, but you will be given the "run of the house" reservation. This means, it all depends on what is available when you check in.
