I just read another thread about upgrading from a 1 day to a 2 day pass. They said that was OK to do.

We are thinking of coming back next summer too, so we would like to upgrade our 7 day 2 park tickets to annual passes. Is this allowable? If so, where do we do it? Can we do it when we check in to our hotel (RPH) or do we have to do it at the main park entrance?

Thanks!

you can do that at guest services not at the hotel.

if you want to get more for your buck, and if you bought the passes on line, do it now over the phone.

the tm can void your purchase of the 7 day passes and sell you the ap for the difference.

what you paid for the 7 day would be the price you would receive the amount of credit for, not what the price would be at the later date you do the upgrade.
