Hello Out There From Disney Land,
As I mentioned several discussions ago, my Mom, on January 29, had Vascular Surgery--her 2nd since last Summer--at the local Savannah Hospital and subsequently spent 5 days after the Vascular Doctor discovered, after the initial Surgery (which went VERY well), that she'd been Bleeding Internally in what we call in my family her "good foot," as in 2003 she'd previously lost her left foot below the knee--another discussion from this one altogether.
Thankfully, though, after 5 days, my Mom came home to my Georgia hometown--an Hour from Savannah--and has been home ever since, with various in-town appointments and Home Health Nurses checking in on her, although last Sunday, March 9, she had a Brief Relapse on her Recovery after one of the Stitches on her Chest Broke and she started Bleeding there, requiring an Ambulance to take her to the Hospital; thankfully, though, my Mom didn't have to spend the night last Sunday at my in-town Hospital.
As of this writing, on Tuesday, the day after St. Paddy's Day Monday, I'm happy to say my parents will be heading to Orlando to go to the annual Conference they attend every year where they hobknob with authors whose books they like reading--fiction authors, precisely, whose books they read.
In many respects, Social Media, not to get TOO off topic, is therapeutic for me in that it gives me the chance to meet people--including some of my favorite Celebrities who I grew up watching on TV via Facebook and Instagram to name 2 examples, again another Discussion for another time.
But anyway, while my folks are gone in Orlando this coming week, I will turn my house into a Bachelor Pad--before you all go Hog Wild, I'm not gonna turn my house into a "Wild Party," I'm not THAT kind of guy who does THAT.
