I assume that since Joe Rhode left and one of his defining reasons was that LP was delayed, that meant that LP is delayed.

I.E. I assume it's one of those capital expenditures that is on temporary-permeant hold.

The full plan has never been approved by the Bahamas, so I assume on hold indefinitely.

I think they paid but it is a process.

Once you have the right to develop, you have to file your development plans and have them approved.
