Thanks SOOOOO much for keeping us informed safetymom!!!!
I hate to say it but... that's UGLY!!.. I also hate to say that the progress of this construction will most likely decide whether we stay at CBR again, or pick a different resort for our upcoming trip... So please keep up the great work!!!

Ugh, I hope we won't be disappointed when we arrive next week. We have a preferred room book so I appreciate the tip to request Martinique if it's available.

I guess we'll see how it is - I'm not going to let it ruin my trip. I haven't been to Disney since the early 90s and we stayed at CBR and had a lovely time. I guess I can't help but feel a little disappointed at the construction that's going on since we did intend on spending a lot of time at the resort.

Any recommendations for where a couple could spend our time at the resort? I read somewhere that you said there's an Island at the resort that has a nice beach for couples.

It really doesn't impact any guest activity except those that stay in Trinidad North. They will have a round about walk to Old Port Royale.

There are plenty of beaches you can use. The beaches all have hammocks that are great for couples.
